Ciao a tutti,
in Ohio we watched other movies, besides Benigni's classic "La vita e' bella" (if you want to understand better this movie, and in general Benigni, please read Carlo Celli's book "The Divine Comic"): F. Ozpetek's "La finestra di fronte" and "Mine vaganti". We laughed with "Benvenuti al Sud" by Luca Miniero, and we were scared with the controversial but great "La sconosciuta" by Giuseppe Tornatore.
What is going now? Well... IFS has moved to...Florida! Can you believe that? we started in 2007 in the icy cold A2 and now we are grilling and tanning in the sunshine state!!! Things change, but one never does: our love for cinema, that started many many many years ago, when I watched "The Kid" ("Il monello") and "Umberto D." with daddy, on Tv, as a child in the 70s...
So, what are we going to watch now?? suggestions are welcome!
Enjoy Miniero's film trailer:
